Return Process

  Carefully place your jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
