Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Every Carrie Elizabeth piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or tarnishing.
